Did not have insurance in VA, when moving back from AZ, called local agents , and found the Harters. Couple dollars more, than another place I called, but much more pleasant. Plus, the other company never returned call, until a week later. Told them too late, and they, as I said, were still not as cordial as the Harters. They are former veterans, and that is another plus for us♥️ I would rather have a local agent to speak with, a live person, than an automated call, and sit on hold for service. Nice to have questions answered efficiently
