So far i am very satisfied with Antonio’s knowledge and patience in assisting me with my transition from State Farm to Erie Insurance. In some instances where he wasn’t sure of a policy information he called for help. It was important to him that i understood what i was paying for. He was available several times when i call to ask questions regarding my policies. I appreciated his service. I am recommending my friends as a result of this kind of service.

I recently updated my auto and home insurance to Erie through a Harter Insurance Agent, Antonio. He was patient and kind and his knowledge of home and auto insurance was excellent. I realized I was paying far too much for home owners insurance. I found Harter Insurance and they have been absolutely wonderful. They reached out to me professionally. They did not call me a million times or make me feel obligated to work with them. Antonio was respectful and extremely helpful. Now nothing IMO is coincidence, but I met David in an odd sort of way, buying something from the Marketplace! He is stellar person, and I have had nothing but good to say about him and his company. Vety professional and very fast to respond.
