Ryan Harter founded Harter Insurance Agency in 2021 after previously serving in the United States Air Force and as a public school teacher in Virginia. He is licensed in Property and Casualty and Life Insurance.
Ryan and Megan moved with their four children to Chesterfield County after military service, and Ryan later taught Civics and Economics in public schools. Ryan currently serves on the Chesterfield County School Board. His agency work is rooted in community involvement, service, and helping customers across Virginia build insurance relationships they can rely on.
