Ryan Harter

Ryan served 13 years active duty in the United States Air Force along with his wife Megan who served 8 years. After leaving military service Ryan and Megan moved with their four children to Chesterfield County were Ryan taught Civics and Economics in public schools. Ryan and Megan are heavily involved in the community. Ryan currently serves on the Chesterfield County School Board. Ryan and Megan understand that community involvement and service are important. Harter Insurance Agency is focused on serving customers in the greater Richmond area and throughout the entire Commonwealth. We focus on building relationships with customers and supporting them with all their insurance needs.
